one year ago - In n Out Burger

Last year I wrote about an interaction I had with In n Out Burger, where they messed up my order.

It wasn't the mistake that got my attention, but how they reacted to their mistake. They were awesome - a great example of customer service done right.



Here we are, a year later, and the example still holds true.

We could all learn a thing or two from Turning a Mistake into Good Marketing.
